New Bill Cipher Character design sheet (Sketch)

Because i of my previous influence of drawing bill cipher.

I thought it is time to move on and draw my own design in my own style. 
Anyways. hope you guys are excited. will be making an update of this soon~

Update:

I made an angry bill and also bill's eye

(the angry bill has already some overlay effects but the color pallete helps you keep on track of it's original color.)

This will be an official character sheet for my new bill design. I am still re-thinking about his coat pattern.

coloring style will be in vector and I might make more illustration in Anime style. 

(and maybe those illustrations will be released as "Prints" )
